#1 Plan

Consultation

In the first phase of communication, Builderwell will meet with you and discuss project parameters and budgeting with the client. A meeting will follow for the purpose of discussing existing conditions and design intent. This is a great time to describe your situation, questions, and the results you are looking for.

3D Scan

One of our experts will arrive at the given location to take a 3D Scan of the space in order to collect spatial data and information for a smooth remodeling process. We digitize your home by capturing spaces to create a virtual tour with industry leading technology. We will use this to produce existing floor plans of the property.

In-Home Consultation

Our expert team of designers with decades of experience work directly with you to bring your vision to life while keeping your project's budget in mind. Each client will have a dedicated designer who will come to the property and ask specific questions about what will change or be maintained. Your designer will be involved in the design-build process from beginning to end to ensure that your vision becomes a reality.

#2 Design

Detailed Estimate

A detailed proposal will be drawn and submitted to the prospective client based on the information, communication, and plans discussed during the meeting. The client will be asked to meet at our office to carefully read, ask questions, and understand the estimate before moving forward to ensure no confusion.

Design Package

Our design package is a detailed document that outlines all aspects of the project. It allows comprehensive preparation in a single document. Design Packages include:

• Detailed Scope Per Room
• Detailed Elevations of Spaces
• Electrical & Plumbing Callouts
• Detailed Material & Color Selection
• Full Cost Breakdown of All Selections

Our relationships with vendors, brands , and local businesses help us pass trade discounts directly onto you. #3 Build

Green Light

Upon acceptance of the Builderwell estimate, a building contract will be prepared to be signed by all parties. We will then work with you to create a timeline and begin scheduling all aspects of the project to start construction. Let's get building!

Stress-Free Construction

After commencement of the build, our project managers will keep you updated throughout all progress of the job. We make it easy! By applying our experience, expertise, and empathy, we relive the stress from our clients and make the remodeling process an enjoyable experience.

Onsite Supervision

Our project and construction managers will monitor the progress of construction and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations. Regular inspections will be done throughout the construction process to be sure everything is working as intended.

#4 Manage

Construction Management Software

Manage all aspects of your build, see daily progress updates, and easily communicate with your project management and construction team, all from a single platform. Our construction management software will have you know the entire process.

Dedicated Project Manager

By serving as your primary point of contact and overseeing the work of each of the trades, your dedicated project manager will make sure that the entire building process goes smoothly, on budget and on time.

Payment Timeline

At our initial meeting, we'll construct a project plan outlining every facet of your project's costs. To minimize surprises, payment terms will be explicitly outlined in the contract and will be required at various stages of the project. If necessary, our financing teamcan assist in funding your project.

#5 Completion

Hand Over

When the project is completed to the total satisfaction of the client, the project manager will meet and show you any details and items of note. Beforehand, we will do a final clean up to the highest standards possible both within the project and anything on the property that we touched. They will answer any questions you may have and after checking all aspects of the build, the home will be handed over to you. Builderwell asks that all clients rate their experience so that we may continue to adjust our processes to give clients the best possible experiences.

Post Construction

Our commitment to you does not end when we hand over the keys. Any concerns or issues you experience can be voiced at this point (or at any time), and we will ensure that everything is functioning properly. We will set up with a document for you to list anything you might run across that wasn’t done right. Our top concern is client satisfaction as it is our best advocate, and we'd love to have you recommend us after your experience!

Warranty
